BIGAVAC has been operating for more than 25 years in the air conditioning, heating and energy sector, through the development and provision of technical solutions for residential and professional projects.

We work with a hybrid model, tailored to different audiences. For the end customer (B2C), we act as a technical intermediary: we assess needs, clarify options, and forward each request to installers and specialized partners in our network. In the professional market (B2B), we are suppliers, and we support companies and professionals with equipment, technical information, training, and ongoing support.

As specialists in comfort solutions, we operate in the areas of biomass heating (wood and pellets), electric heating, bioethanol, heat pumps and integration with photovoltaic systems. We develop projects that combine energy efficiency, technical reliability and architectural integration.

Double Spin - Ecological system

Highly efficient combustion gas system developed by Romotop minimizes environmental impact and ensures clean combustion.

Triple Pass - High-performance hot water heat exchanger

The efficiency of Romotop equipment can be increased by up to 10 % due to the patented triple-pass system, in which the combustion gases pass três times through the hot water heat exchanger. In this way, the hot water heat exchanger extracts the maximum amount of heat from the combustion gases, which means a considerable saving in heating costs.

Silent Lift - Tail lift with the Silent Lift system

Designed to meet the needs of the most demanding users and equipped with a full range of state-of-the-art components, all of the highest quality, reducing the noise impact of the lifting door drive.

System VERTICAL AIR®

A Jolly Mec patent that diffuses hot air vertically instead of horizontally, to heat the room more quickly and evenly. This system promotes a better distribution of heat in the room thanks to the vertical grilles that extend along the entire height of the stove.

Power System 24 volts - Heats with low energy consumption

A device powered by 24 volts (instead of 220 V) provides savings in energy consumption, better combustion control and greater safety in the use of the equipment. When combined with the Jolly Mec battery kit and photovoltaic panel, it can, in fact, heat the room without the need to use electricity.

Hermetic Technology

The hermetic design of pellet equipment ensures greater safety in use. When installed correctly, it draws all the air necessary for combustion directly from the outside, without consuming the indoor oxygen. This system makes the heating equipment a more efficient and safer product.

Self-cleaning burner J-EVO 3®

A Jolly Mec patent that ensures a more effective and precise combustion of pellets. In addition to silent operation, the J-EVO 3® avoids the need to clean the grate (the ashes resulting from combustion are pushed directly into the grate).

Silent+

Silent+ mode allows you to heat the room naturally, without the need for fans. This new technology eliminates noise and makes your pellet appliance even quieter, with the same heating power.

Technology Comfort

Applied to some models of pellet central heating, it allows heating the room using only hot air. In fact, this system transforms a central heating appliance into a local heating appliance by excluding the heating system from the other rooms. The Confort system is particularly useful because it allows the room to be heated in a short time without having to activate the system. The Technology Comfort is also the winning solution during the transition period between seasons.

EcoDesign

EcoDesign (EU 2015/1185) ensures that wood-burning stoves and cookers have high efficiency and low emissions, and offer economical and environmentally sustainable heating.

Standard EN 16510

The EN 16510 standard is the new unified European standard for domestic solid-fuel heating appliances (firewood, pellets, etc.), focused on increasing safety, reducing emissions (CO, NOx, particulates) and harmonizing testing. It replaces older standards, coming into full effect with mandatory CE marking on 9 de novembro de 2025.

Austrian Standard 15a B-VG

The 15a B-VG requires that fireplace inserts and wood-burning stoves meet strict standards of efficiency and low emissions, to ensure safe, economical and environmentally responsible heating.

LVD (Low Voltage Directive)

E-llusion® Flame Effect

Patented electric flame technology that uses high-definition LED lighting combined with a multi-layer optical effect to create depth, movement and flame realism. The system projects the flame from the base, with independent adjustment of color, intensity and speed, allowing simulation of different styles of fire.

Revolving Door System 3 in 1

Patented door that allows three modes in a single piece of equipment: open, glass closed and steel door, adapting use, safety and efficiency.

Automatic Air Regulation (Stûv Smart Vent)

Patented system that optimizes the air intake according to the combustion phase, improves efficiency, reduces emissions and facilitates use.

Burner Flower Burner

The Flower Burner is a patented Stûv burner that optimizes combustion through radially distributed air intake, creating a stable, homogeneous, and visually elegant flame. The "flower" design allows for more complete wood combustion, improves the air/fuel mixture, and reduces emissions. The system increases energy efficiency, facilitates ignition, improves combustion control, and contributes to cleaner glass and greater thermal comfort.

Stûv - Patented invisible-frame technology

Stûv developed a patented technology that visually conceals the door frame by integrating the glass continuously with the cladding. This system creates a minimalist, architectural effect, reinforces the perception of the fire as the central element, facilitates integration into contemporary projects, and maintains high standards of airtightness, safety and thermal efficiency.
