SILCADUR 110 Assembly Foam

The SILCADUR 110 Assembly Foam is a thick mineral foam for assembling components in fireplace and chimney systems. Developed for insulation mounting and fastening applications of thermal panels, this high-viscosity foam expands up to 3–4 times the initial volume, ensuring efficient adhesion on vertical surfaces and precise application with a two-component bag and static mixer. Resistant to temperatures up to 1 100 °C, it is ideal for securing panels such as the SILCA 250 KM in internal structures, offering high thermal stability and easy cleaning of tools before curing.
